The wine-tasting includes six different red wines. How do growing conditions, soil and climate affect the flavour and composition of wine? What is the effect of grapes and production methods on the end result. Red wine can be hearty, light, fruity, rich in tannin or rich in berries. How are flavours formed? How does red wine age?
